موضوعنا هيكون عن حاجه غريبة شوية وهي استخدام اختبار الحمل في الرجال
طيب الاول ايه هي وظيفه اختبار الحمل في السيدات
Pregnancy test is used to determine women is pregnant or not by detect
the presence of hormone called Human chorionic gonadotropin "HCG" in
urine
This hormone is produced
by cell developed in the placenta, first enter the bloodstream when
fertilized ova start to implent in the lining of uterus , then after few
weeks the hormone increase rapidly,when a test detect the hormone in
urine give positive result

الاختبار داه بيستخدم ليه و بيقيس نسبه الهرمون ازاي و داه طبعا اختبار
مبدأي فقط لكن اختبار
الحمل العادي و الرقمي اكثر دقة .

ان الاختبار طلع ايجابي عند استخدامه في الرجال فلازم نكون فاهمين علشان
لما حد من المرضي يسألنا عن الموضوع داه نكون فاهمين
Positive result of pregnanct test in males is marker of testicular tumour "cancer"
The hormone called HCG is emitted from the cells that form the
placenta when a woman is pregnant and can also be emitted by some types
of testicular cancer
The pregnancy hormone (HCG) is often (but
not always) produced by testicular tumours," meaning that a simple
pregnancy test is not a foolproof test for testicular cancer. Other
types of testicular cancer tumors produce another type of marker called
alpha-fetaprotein" AFP" ,which the pregnancy test won't detect. A third
type is an enzyme called lactate dehydrogenase" LDH"
طيب معني الكلام داه ايه
ان في حالة النتيجة الايجابية في الرجال تعني دلالة مبدأية لوجود
Testicular cancer و يوجد انواع عديدة من هذه الاورام و لكل نوع دلالة
معينة فمن الممكن ظهور نتيجة الاختبار سلبية مع وجود الورم و هذا لان كل
نوع من الورم ليه دلالة معينة فالاورام التي تكون دلالتها هرمون HCG يظهر
التحليل ايجابي انما الانواع الاخري يظهر نتيجة التحليل سلبي .
دلوقتي هقول انواع الاورام التي تكون دلالتها هرمون HCG

*Seminoma
*Embryonal Carcinoma
*Choriocarcinoma
و اكرر مرة اخري اذا كانت نتيجة الاختبار سلبية لا يعني عدم وجود ورم انما
من الممكن وجود نوع من الورم لا تكون دلالته الهرمون الذي يتم قياسة
بأختبار الحمل
If you suspect testicular cancer and take a pregnancy test
a negative result can NOT, by itself, rule out testicular cancer
a negative result can NOT, by itself, rule out testicular cancer
وهذا الاختبار ليس اختبار اساسي انما اختبار مبدأي
طيب ايه هي الاختبارات الاساسية التي تستخدم في التشخيص
